REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
At BioHoofMed, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the invoice date. To initiate a return, please contact us at +(225) 347-5931 or email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Returned items must be in original, undamaged, and resellable condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories intact. A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Please note that vaccines, iced items, syringes, needles, and prescription medications are non-returnable.
Shipping charges (initial and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. If your return causes the final invoice to fall below the $79 minimum for free shipping, standard shipping fees will apply.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and secure packaging. BioHoofMed is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing once your return is received.

Orders may be cancelled by calling +(225) 347-5931 as soon as possible. A 10% cancellation fee applies. Email cancellations are not guaranteed to be processed in time. If your order has already shipped, it will require an RMA to be returned.
Refused or unclaimed packages will be refunded minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee once inspected. Items must be returned in acceptable condition. Vaccines and prescription items cannot be refunded.
If your package arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by calling +(225) 347-5931. Keep all packaging materials until further instructions are provided.
